This listing is for my original drawing Hill Country 3. This piece is drawn by hand on drawing paper using two different black pens. Prints of the work are also available.

Hill Country 3 is part of my Hill Country series in which I am drawing and painting semi-realistic depictions of the Texas hill country. I am using a minimalist style and patterning the simplify the complex natural world and create a flattened effect within in the context of a landscape. Hill Country drawings are based on real locations in the hill country around my home in Austin, TX. Hill Country 3 is my interpretation of Enchanted Rock.
